Grants and Schemes for Security Agencies
The following grants, schemes and programmes are available for security agencies:

| 1. Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) |
Enterprise Singapore provides grants that help businesses grow and transform, funding new projects that focus on any one of three pillars: Core Capabilities, Innovation and Productivity, and Market Access. |
| 2. Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) |
Enterprise Singapore provides grants that supports companies that are keen on adopting pre-scoped IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes. Up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs. Click here >> Annex << for Quick tips. |
| 3. SMEs Go Digital Programme |
Advanced Digital Solutions and Chief Technology Officer-as-a-Service (CTOaaS). Enterprises can receive up to 70% funding support. |
| 4. Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI) |
The JGI aims to create good and long-term jobs for locals. |
| 5. Support for Job Redesign under PSG (PSG-JR) |
Encourages enterprises to work with pre-approved Job Redesign consultants. Up to 70% funding, capped at $30,000. |
| 6. SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) |
One-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs. |

Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals and SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme |
| 9. Senior Worker Early Adopter Grant (SWEAG) and Part Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG) |
SWEAG provides $125,000 for employers raising retirement/re-employment ages. PTRG provides up to $125,000 for part-time re-employment policy. |
| 10. Lean Enterprise Development (LED) Scheme |
Supports companies to become more manpower-lean and build a stronger Singaporean core. |
| 11. Enhanced Training Support for SMEs |
Up to 90% course fee funding and 95% Absentee Payroll funding. |
| 12. Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certification |

| 13. Human Resources Job Redesign Initiative (HR-JR) |
Up to 70% funding for consultancy services, capped at $30,000 per enterprise. |
| 14. Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant |
Support for up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at S$100,000 per company per new market. |
| 15. Global Ready Talent Programme (GRT) |
Up to 70% funding support for management associates and internships. |
